“The boundaries which divide Life from Death are at best shadowy and vague. Who shall say where the one ends, and where the other begins?”  Edgar Allen Poe

In Daytona, the boundary between life and death is strikingly clear. Every patron of the Boot Hill Saloon knows it’s called Main Street. Twice a year, hundreds of bikers roll into Daytona Beach to party on the right side of the grass. Just a few feet across the street from Pinewood Cemetery, Boot Hill Saloon reminds its customers that they’re “better off here than across the street.”

Inside this iconic Daytona biker bar, scantily clad women serve up spirits of the liquid kind while local cover bands drown out the roar of Harley engines with classic rock and roll tunes. Unlike the Old West, where old boots would sit atop cowboy graves, Daytona’s “Boot Hill” is enshrined with women’s bras slung overhead. Eclectic artifacts posted on the walls will keep you possessed for hours. Pints and standard bar bites are dished out daily and the gift shop has a great selection of macabre t-shirts. There’s even a pit of fire to keep you warm on those chilly, dark nights of the soul.

Located at 310 Main St, Daytona Beach, Boot Hill

Saloon is open daily from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM.

So, come on in and have a drink. Like the patrons across the street, you may find you never want to leave.
