Scuba Diving in Cabo

Cabo San Lucas is the ultimate scuba diving destination in Baja California. The Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean meet here to create a unique underwater kingdom full of wildlife. Whether you want to swim with tropical fish, whale sharks, mobula rays, or check out some of the rock formations in the area, Cabo San Lucas has several dive sites to choose from.

Cabo San Lucas Marine Park

Clear and calm water only 10 minutes out from the Marina is where you’ll be making your dive. If you book a sailing or whale shark swimming tour, you will be able to scuba dive in these parts. Some of the underwater creatures that you will encounter are snappers, sardines, turtles, whale sharks, and tons of other tropical fish.

Land’s End

Land’s End is located on the tip of the Baja Peninsula and is home to Lover’s Beach and the rock formations that include El Arco. Scuba diving just off shore will reveal an underwater paradise of tropical fish such as jacks, butterfly fish, and mobula rays. You can explore crevices in the rock formations further away from the coast where octopus and lobsters hide. Pelican Rock is known as a great place for cliff jumping, but diving near it will reveal schools of fish.

Manta Cabo Scuba

Manta offers PADI certification courses at their Discover Scuba diving school. Manta scuba diving will take you to all of the places mentioned above as well as unique locations such as sand falls and night time scuba diving far off the coast of Los Cabos.
