Choreographed water shows set to music run every 30 minutes in the afternoon and every 15 minutes from 8 PM until midnight. The best viewing spots are from the bridge at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo, or from the patio at Eiffel Tower Restaurant (if you&amp;rsquo;re dining).
