Three Bears General Store is 40,000 square feet of gifts at Parkway light #4 — one of the Smokies' top-three most-visited stores, by the hosts who tour it — with Tennessee rockers and ice cream out front, lunch inside, and its namesakes out back: live bears in a habitat behind the store, fed on store-bought treats. The store survived a fire and keeps expanding; every film on this page is a narrated keeper, which is rare for a shop and says something about the place.

Yankee in the South's complete 2022 walkthrough is the full lap — 'if we ain't got it, you don't need it' — and their 2019 visit is the baseline showing how much it has grown. The staff tour lands on the best sellers: Pandora charms and the Christmas section, locally varied canned goods and salsas, and Oliver's fudge — 28 flavors, made in the back every morning. The deli and the ice cream make it a meal stop, not just a browse.
The bears
Every tour ends, as it should, at the bears. The 2023 film covers the upstairs arcade's grand opening — new games including a VR title — then heads out back to feed the bears their treats and rank the fudge. Vacation Station TV's two visits (2020 full tour, 2021 what's-new) both make the habitat the finale.
A store as an attraction
On a strip of ticketed attractions, Three Bears is the free one — unless the fudge gets you, and the films suggest it will.
