SkyLand Ranch sits in SEVIERVILLE, beside Five Oaks, and it is a mountaintop ranch reached by chairlift: miniature animals, shops and long views at the summit, the Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster — billed as East Tennessee's longest, with two lift hills — for the ride down, and a Wagon Wheel swing. It opened November 10, 2022; the sneak-peek film here, hosted by the ranch's marketing director days earlier, shows it being finished. In February 2026 an overnight fire destroyed two of its buildings; every animal was reported safe, and the ranch stayed open — Tampa Jay's film, days after, rides the coaster past the recovery work.

The Stables come first off the chairlift — bunnies and pigs — then alpacas and goats you can pet at the fence, a miniature Highland cow, the cafe and bakery, and a live lasso show. Three ticket tiers are explained at the booth in the full tour: chairlift only; chairlift plus coaster; chairlift, coaster and safari hayride. A shuttle serves riders who would rather skip the chairlift.
The coaster
Wild Stallion opened ahead of the ranch itself and anchors every film: full POV and review at the end of the page, and a judging-against-rivals tour that measures SkyLand against Ober Mountain, Gatlinburg SkyPark and Anakeesta for summit value — with downtown Pigeon Forge views straight down the lift line.

Overflow parking sits on the Dave & Buster's side of Five Oaks; most things open at 9 with closing times varying by day; the combo ticket is the savings play. The WBIR news report on the fire closes the page as the factual record of February 2026.
