Why this page looks different
'O' prohibits in-theatre filming — so unlike most shows, there are no audience-shot reviews of it anywhere. Everything on this page is Cirque du Soleil's own film: the show as only its cameras can capture it, on the Bellagio stage where a 1.5-million-gallon pool is the floor. That's not a limitation to hide; it's why these films are pristine.
The acts
- Barge, Bateau & Fire — a 22-minute official feature on three signature water acts, above and below the waterline
- Contortion & Fire — the compilation of incredible moments, built around the contortionists and fire artists
- Waterborne Grace — the acrobatic divers, falling from the theatre's heights into the pool, and the underwater choreography below
The one conversation
The page's only narrated film is a backstage interview with Allister Booth, a show coach at 'O' — whose path runs from Mystère's original creation cast, through five years performing in 'O', into coaching across Cirque productions and back to 'O'. It's the human view the performance films can't give. Two compilations round out the set, framed honestly: they pair 'O' sequences with Cirque's touring water shows LUZIA and Amaluna as context for the company's water work — the 'O' material is the reason they sit here. 'O' is one of exactly four Cirque productions now resident on the Strip (with Mystère, KÀ and Michael Jackson ONE) — a roster our shows guide maps in full.
