How the famous show actually works
The page's anchor film goes underneath the fountains with the divers and engineers who keep the show running: roughly 5,000 lights and more than 1,200 water shooters in the 8.5-acre lake, serviced by divers working the grid below the surface. It's the context that makes every other film here better — after it, you watch the water differently.
The show itself
Three films are the performance, pure and official-grade: the Bellagio's own film of a show set to Tiësto's 'Footprints', the track the DJ created for the fountains; a straight 4K night show from the rail, one complete performance at full height against the Strip lights; and the classic closer — a complete 2013 performance of 'Time to Say Goodbye', the Bocelli recording that has ended fountain shows for decades. The choreography's bones have barely changed since; the productions around it keep growing.
The specials shelf
- The 25th-anniversary show (2024) — new choreography and music with Andrea Bocelli and Ed Sheeran, filmed through the crowd's reactions as much as the water
- Disney × Formula 1 (November 2025) — a one-off race-week production with projection and fireworks the regular rotation never uses; it ran only for that event
- Game of Thrones (2019) — the lake performing to the series theme with fire on the water for the final season. Archival, not current rotation — kept because it remains one of the most-watched fountain productions ever filmed
