Las Vegas Breweries & Craft Beer Guide

The Las Vegas craft beer scene has grown from almost nothing to a legitimate beer destination over the past decade. Local breweries are producing quality IPAs, stouts, and lagers, and the beer bars — especially off-Strip — are stocked with great selections at prices that don’t make you cry.

Local Breweries & Taprooms

CraftHaus Brewery (Henderson) — The flagship of the Vegas craft scene. Evocation Saison, Resinate IPA, and a rotating selection of small-batch experiments. The taproom is spacious with food trucks outside.

Able Baker Brewing (Arts District) — Downtown’s best brewery. German-inspired lagers alongside American IPAs and stouts. The taproom has a neighborhood bar feel.

Nevada Brew Works (Henderson) — Family-friendly brewpub with a solid core lineup and creative seasonals. Good food menu too.

Astronomy Aleworks (Henderson) — Space-themed taproom with above-average IPAs and a welcoming vibe.

Beer Bars

Aces & Ales (multiple locations) — The best beer bar in Las Vegas. 50+ rotating taps, a bottle list that goes deep, and a staff that actually knows what they’re pouring. The Tenaya location has a bigger tap list; the Nellis location is more neighborhood-bar.

Khoury’s Fine Wine & Spirits (off-Strip) — Part bottle shop, part bar. Buy anything in the store and drink it on-site for a small corkage fee. The beer selection is enormous.

Beer Park (Paris Las Vegas) — Rooftop beer garden overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The view is the main attraction, but the tap list is respectable and the prices are reasonable by Strip standards.

On the Strip

Strip beer options have improved. Yard House (The LINQ) has 100+ taps. Beerhaus (Park MGM) is a casual beer hall with local and national craft options. Tom’s Urban (New York-New York) has a solid tap list.
