Best Coffee Shops in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is a late-night city, which means it’s a caffeine city. The good news: the coffee scene has exploded beyond hotel lobby Starbucks. Las Vegas now has legitimate third-wave roasters, specialty cafés, and coffee experiences worth seeking out.
Best Third-Wave / Specialty Coffee
Vesta Coffee Roasters (Arts District) — The best coffee in Las Vegas. House-roasted single-origin beans, pour-over bar, and a minimalist space that takes coffee as seriously as any shop in Portland or Melbourne.
PublicUs (downtown) — Café, co-working space, and cocktail bar in one. The espresso drinks are excellent, the pastries are baked in-house, and the atmosphere is exactly what the downtown corridor needed.
Mothership Coffee (multiple locations) — Local chain with strong espresso, creative seasonal drinks, and a loyal following. The Henderson location has the most space.
Makers & Finders (Arts District) — Latin-influenced café with horchata cold brew, café de olla (Mexican spiced coffee), and a brunch menu that draws lines on weekends.
On the Strip
Bouchon Bakery (The Venetian) — Thomas Keller’s bakery serves serious French-style coffee alongside croissants and pastries. The poolside patio in the morning is peaceful.
Eggslut (The Cosmopolitan) — LA import known for egg sandwiches, but the drip coffee and espresso are better than most Strip options.
Starbucks Reserve (multiple Strip locations) — The Reserve bars serve small-batch coffees and specialty drinks you won’t find at regular Starbucks.
Late-Night Coffee
The Peppermill (24 hours) — Not specialty coffee, but the diner serves coffee around the clock in a neon-soaked atmosphere that makes 3 AM feel intentional.
Café Lola (Henderson) — Open late with excellent tea and coffee drinks, plus French-inspired desserts.
