Best Breakfast & Brunch in Las Vegas

Vegas runs late. Most of the best nightlife doesn’t even start until midnight, so breakfast in this town often means brunch — and brunch means bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys, and some of the most over-the-top morning menus you’ll find anywhere.

Strip Brunches Worth the Price

Mon Ami Gabi (Paris Las Vegas) — Patio seats overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Classic French breakfast — omelettes, croques, crêpes. The best patio breakfast on the Strip, full stop. Get there early on weekends.

Eggslut (The Cosmopolitan) — The LA import. The Fairfax sandwich (soft-scrambled eggs, chives, sriracha mayo on a brioche bun) is the signature. Fast-casual, reasonable prices for the Strip.

Bouchon Bakery (The Venetian) — Thomas Keller’s bakery. Croissants, quiche, pastries, and serious French coffee. The poolside patio in the morning is one of the most pleasant places on the Strip.

Hash House A Go Go (The LINQ) — Portions that are genuinely obscene. Twisted farm food — chicken and waffles the size of your head, sage fried chicken, stuffed burgers for breakfast. Come hungry.

Sadelle’s (Bellagio) — New York-style brunch. Smoked salmon tower, hand-rolled bagels, and egg dishes that photograph beautifully. Upscale but not stuffy.

Buffet Breakfasts

The Vegas buffet landscape has changed dramatically — many have closed or reduced service. The survivors:

Wicked Spoon (The Cosmopolitan) — Individual-portioned dishes rather than steam trays. Quality over quantity. The best remaining buffet breakfast on the Strip.

Bacchanal Buffet (Caesars Palace) — The largest buffet in Vegas. Breakfast includes made-to-order omelettes, a pastry station, and an entire section dedicated to dim sum. Weekend brunch adds bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys.

Off-Strip — Where Locals Eat

Baby Stacks Café (Henderson) — Pancakes the size of silver dollars, stacked high, with every flavor combination imaginable. Red velvet, banana foster, Oreo. The line on weekends starts at 7 AM.

Egg Works / Egg & I (multiple locations) — The local chain that knows breakfast. Omelettes, scrambles, benedicts, and a coffee cup that never goes empty. Every location is packed on Saturday mornings.

Makers & Finders (Arts District downtown) — Latin American-influenced brunch. Venezuelan arepas, Cuban-style eggs, and pour-over coffee. The atmosphere is excellent.

DW Bistro (Gramercy District) — Jamaican-New Mexican fusion. That sounds strange. It works beautifully. The huevos rancheros with jerk chicken is unforgettable.

Mr. Mama’s (off-Strip) — Massive portions, creative dishes, and one of the most popular breakfast spots among Vegas locals. The cinnamon roll French toast and chicken fried steak and eggs are signatures.

Quick & Cheap

Roberto’s Taco Shop (multiple locations) — Breakfast burritos that are enormous, cheap, and available 24 hours. The hangover cure of Las Vegas.

The Peppermill (Las Vegas Blvd) — 24-hour diner. Neon lights, massive portions, and the kind of breakfast that reminds you Vegas never actually closes. The fireside lounge is a time machine.

Blueberry Hill (multiple locations) — Family diner chain. Nothing fancy, everything consistent. Affordable, fast, and open early.

Boozy Brunch

STK (Cosmopolitan) — Saturday and Sunday brunch with a DJ. Bottomless options available. Steak and eggs with a club atmosphere.

CATCH (Aria) — Upscale brunch with seafood-forward menu. The truffle sushi and lobster macaroni benedict are signatures. Dress well.

Beer Park (Paris Las Vegas rooftop) — Casual rooftop brunch overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Beer, cocktails, bar food, and views. The vibe is game-day-meets-Vegas.
