The district, explained
AREA15 sits across Interstate 15 from the Strip, about a mile from Wynn and Encore: an immersive entertainment district where admission to the grounds is free and the experiences inside are ticketed, with Burning Man-style art filling the lot. Two films orient you: the 2026 full guide — the district end to end including the new Zone 2 expansion, pricing and transportation, and the John Wick Experience walked through to its speakeasy finale — and a complete walkthrough that takes the experiences one by one, mirrored infinity room included, with the creative story behind the place.
Omega Mart, three ways
Meow Wolf's supermarket-that-isn't gets the fullest look on this page: a tour and review from its 2021 opening year — the store, the portals, the Dramcorp offices upstairs, and an honest verdict on the $49 admission of the day (prices date to 2021; the walkthrough doesn't). An opening-weekend reaction film catches the astonishment raw — the tattoo chicken, the hamburger-faced goods, the cleaning supplies that are not what they seem. And trade press reports from the opening with Meow Wolf's own team, whose framing still describes it best: 'a video game, an escape room and immersive theater, but not quite any of them.'
The newer tenants
Universal Horror Unleashed, AREA15's year-round horror attraction, is toured with its general manager: four mazes led by the Universal Monsters house, plus themed food and cocktails. And the John Wick Experience (opened March 2025) checks you in at the Continental Las Vegas and puts a bounty on you — room to room through a storyline built with Lionsgate and Egan Escape Productions, with the films' director Chad Stahelski involved. The guide film at the top of this page picks the Wick thread back up a year in; between them you have the district's whole arc.
