Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine (multiple locations) — Not the casino city — this is a South Florida Cuban restaurant chain. Ropa vieja, croquetas, and Cuban sandwiches that hold their own against Miami’s best. Cheap and authentic.

Etzel Itzana (Hollywood) — Mexican food that goes beyond Tex-Mex. Mole, birria tacos, and fresh-made tortillas.

Hard Rock

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood (Seminole Hard Rock) — The fine-dining option at the Hard Rock. Dry-aged steaks and a raw bar. The guitar-shaped hotel tower is visible from the restaurant.
