Gatlinburg's adventure layer runs from canopy to river: CLIMB Works' mountaintop ziplines, tubing on the Little River, coasters ridden no-brakes, and the park's steepest trail. CLIMB Works opens it twice — a 2024 ride-along with the guides' full safety patter, and a July 2025 run where the UTV haul up ('these drivers drive like they're on fire') is an attraction in itself; the verdict both times is come back for fall color.

River Rat tubing is Townsend's, and the films say so plainly: the 2025 float from the Wears Valley Road outpost (gentle pools, rapids-lite, swim stops) and the operator's own 2026 orientation — footwear, shuttle, two outposts, upper and lower runs. The tubing page in this directory carries the full set.

Moonshine Mountain Coaster day-and-night in one film ($17 rides, $8 re-rides as filmed; free parking), Ripley's coaster in its October 2026 rebuilt form (series #4, combo pricing noted), Ober's classics with the Carpetbagger (tram, alpine slide, ice boats — rebrand judged an improvement), and Anakeesta's essential guide with Astra Lumina after dark.
