The opening hours of this cenote are 9 am to 5 pm and is open throughout the entire week. There is also an entrance fee, sadly they do not provide any discounts for the groups. It is advised that you bring your cash along because you might need it for the facilities and also because they do not accept cards. The facilities include changing areas, bathrooms, free parking, rental lockers etc.

This cenote is also significant as the Mayans consider it holy as they used this cenote as a sacrificial site.
