Best Restaurants in Anaheim — Disneyland Dining, Packing District & OC Food

Best Restaurants in Anaheim

Anaheim’s food scene extends well beyond Disneyland churros — though those are excellent too. The Anaheim Packing District, Little Saigon in Westminster, and the broader Orange County restaurant scene give you serious options.

Anaheim Packing District

The Anaheim Packing House — A food hall in a beautifully converted 1919 citrus packing house. 30+ vendors across two levels — Adya (Indian), The Kroft (poutine and sandwiches), Georgia’s Restaurant (Southern comfort), and Popbar (handmade gelato). The architecture alone is worth the visit.

Unsung Brewing Company — Across from the Packing House. Comic book-themed craft brewery with above-average pub food.

Disneyland Dining

Blue Bayou Restaurant (inside Pirates of the Caribbean) — Dine inside the Pirates ride, watching boats float past in the dark bayou setting. The most unique restaurant at Disneyland. The food (Cajun-inspired) is secondary to the atmosphere. Reservations essential — book 60 days ahead.

Carthay Circle Restaurant (California Adventure) — The best sit-down restaurant in either park. Upscale American with cocktails. The firecracker duck wings appetizer is famous.

Oga’s Cantina (Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge) — Themed bar in the Star Wars land. Space-themed cocktails, animatronic DJ, and the most immersive dining experience at Disneyland. Reservations highly recommended.

Little Saigon (Westminster, 15 min)

The largest Vietnamese community in the US produces some of the best Vietnamese food outside of Vietnam.

Pho 79 — Pho that’s been an Orange County institution for decades. Simple, rich, and the benchmark for Southern California pho.

Brodard Restaurant — Spring rolls (the nem nướng are famous), pho, and bún. A multi-generational Vietnamese restaurant at the highest level.

Orange County Beyond Anaheim

The Beachcomber Café (Crystal Cove, 25 min) — On the sand at Crystal Cove State Beach. Breakfast and lunch with ocean views. One of the most beautiful restaurant settings in Orange County.

Sidecar Doughnuts (Costa Mesa / multiple locations) — Craft donuts that rival the best in LA. The huckleberry and the maple bacon are outstanding.
